Dr. Robert Sokolowski earned his PhD in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and contributed to many pioneering advancements in processing of advanced materials for high energy research and electrical power applications at Olin Corporation, Allied Signal, NASA and Intermagnetics General Corporation. Since the turn of the millennium, as an executive at several medical device start-ups he navigated complex regulatory issues, designed and executed go-to-market strategies and managed multi-site quality organizations. His medical device experience includes cardiac diagnostics at both CardioMag Imaging and iCardiac Technologies, proton therapy at Pronova Solutions, and wound care and breastfeeding solutions while at Medela, Inc.
